Yvonne Johnson Principal Broker/Owner:
Yvonne Johnson began her Real Estate career in 1978. In 1984 she opened Action Realty. Her goal wasn’t to sell the most houses in the Rogue Valley, but to provide the very best service to her clients. This philosophy has proven to be very effective by our many referrals & repeat clients.

Yvonne believes in giving back to the community that has so richly blessed her. When she’s not selling Real Estate, Yvonne volunteers her time & resources to many local organizations including the “Walk for Diabetes Campaign” for which she served as chair for many years.


Clayton Johnson Broker/Owner
Clayton Johnson Yvonne’s husband joined Action Realty in 1984 as a Realtor/Builder. In 1988 Clayton and partner Wayne Van Wey formed Van Wey Homes Inc. For the next twelve years they constructed new homes and developed subdivisions in the Medford and Central Point areas.


Diana Yates Broker, ABR, E-Pro, GRI
Diana was born & raised in the Rogue Valley. In 1980 she moved to Las Vegas where she attended UNLV in pursuing a Psychology degree. Longing for the beautiful Rogue Valley and much to the delight of her parents she returned home. In 1997 she joined her parents @ Action Realty and began selling Real Estate.

With an ever-changing market and complexities of Real Estate, Diana believes continuing education is essential and has received the following designations. Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), E-Pro and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). When not selling Real Estate she is an active supporter and board member of Habitat for Humanity & member of the Multi million dollar producers club. For fun she enjoys acting in local Theater productions and spending time with her husband Kemble a math Professor @ Southern Oregon University.
